What each status means
These are the statuses you may see against your order — here's exactly what each one tells you.
We've received your order and our team is picking and packing it. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.
Your parcel has been handed to the courier. Your tracking number is now active — use the tracking link for live progress.
Your parcel is on the courier's van and should arrive today. Keep an eye out for a knock at the door.
The courier has marked your parcel as delivered. Can't find it? Check safe places and neighbours first, then get in touch.
The courier tried to deliver but couldn't. Use your tracking link to rearrange delivery or find your local collection point.
Your click & collect order is ready and waiting at Fox's Marina — bring your order confirmation when you collect it.
The order has been cancelled and won't be dispatched. Any payment taken is refunded to your original payment method.
Your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it can take 3–5 working days to appear on your statement.
