Every positive wire on a boat needs protection, and this collection provides it: blade fuses and splash-proof holders for accessory circuits, ANL, MIDI and MEGA fuses for high-current feeds, terminal fuses that mount directly on battery posts, multi-circuit ST blade fuse blocks with negative busbars and covers, and windlass control boxes - largely from Blue Sea Systems.

The rules of marine circuit protection are simple and worth following: fuse every positive feed as close to the battery as practical, size the fuse to protect the cable (not the appliance), and use marine-rated holders that resist corrosion and vibration. A labelled fuse block with a negative bus turns a rat's nest of in-line holders into an installation you can fault-find in minutes.
