Marine formulations earn their keep: they shift salt, algae and rust staining that household products cannot touch, without stripping wax or harming gelcoat and anodised fittings. Work top-down - clean first, restore where needed, then protect with wax or sealer - and treat teak gently: a soft brush across the grain and dedicated teak products keep the soft grain intact where aggressive scrubbing tears it out.
